The hotel Ipanema Park Beach is situated approx. 400 m from a sandy beach. At the beach, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee available. The tourist centre is about 500 m away. The town Palma is around 16 km away (Llucmajor around 14 km, Manacor around 51 km). A supermarket can be reached after around 400 m. It is only 100 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Aqualand (approx. 800 m away), Palma Aquarium (approx. 7 km away) and Catedral Palma (approx. 17 km away). For mobility during your holiday, there are a bus stop (approx. 50 m away) and a car rental company. The airport (PMI) is approx. 7 km away.

Partially renovated in 2019, the 5-storey hotel consists of a main building and an adjoining building, and has 210 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, an air conditioning as well as a safe (for a fee). For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned). You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi can be used by hotel guests for a fee.

Pool:
In the outdoor area of the mediterranean-style hotel you will find one fresh water pool with a separate children´s pool. Here, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for free available. At the pool bar you can get refreshing beverages.

IMPORTANT!!!
Children under 18 are not permitted to stay in the hotel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Upon check-in, they must have a signed letter of consent from both parents or legal tutor (along with a copy of both parents’ or guardians’ passports), in which they authorize the minor to stay in the company of the authorized adult and indicating that this person will be responsible for the minor during the stay at the hotel.

If this requirement is not met, even though the reservation is confirmed, entry into the hotel will be denied.
