Children of all ages are allowed. Children 2 and under stay for free when using an available crib. Children 6 and under stay for free when using an existing bed. Adults stay for MYR 85 per person, per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. All bookings are subject to a MYR 2 Heritage Charge per room per night. This is to be paid directly to the hotel. Booker’s ID / passport and same credit card holder must be presented upon check in. Should the booker’s or credit card holder is not available upon check , new full payment arrangement will be made upon check-in Should it be payment on behalf (third party), a letter of authorization with credit card copy (front & back) is required to be forward to Hotel Reservation Department prior to check in.
