General description:
Approx. 150 m from a sandy beach is situated the hotel King Minos Retreat Resort and Spa, which is especially popular with honeymooners. At the beach, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee available. The town Malia is around 9 km away (Heraklion around 27 km). A supermarket can be reached after around 300 m. It is 700 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 700 m away. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 300 m and a car rental company. The airport (HER) is approx. 27 km away. Another airport (CHQ) is located approx. 170 km away.

Completely renovated in 2023, the 2-storey spa hotel consists of a main building and 7 adjoining buildings, and has 211 rooms in total. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 4 lifts, air conditioning and a free parking area. For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned). You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access. Room cleaning, concierge service and medical service (from 17:00 - 17:30) are free of charge. Room service and laundry service are available for a fee.
Pool:
